Deposit

• A security deposit is required for the rental. You can leave an ID document as a deposit for the whole booking, or pay a refundable €100 deposit for each e-scooter

Rules:

• The use of electric bicycles in Barcelona is prohibited for children under 16 years old
• Helmet use is mandatory when riding an electric scooter in Barcelona

We cover accidental damage to the bike up to €400 so you can ride with confidence.

• 🔐 Theft or Loss Replacement

Limits your responsibility to up to 50% of the bike value in the unlikely event of theft or loss.

• 🛠 Roadside Support

If assistance is needed during your ride, our team can provide roadside help, guide you to the nearest e-scooter shop where approved costs will be reimbursed, or arrange transportation back to our rental location.
