Deposit

• A security deposit is required for the rental. You can leave an ID document as a deposit for the whole booking, or pay a refundable €250 deposit for each bicycle

Rules:

• The use of electric bicycles in Barcelona is prohibited for children under 16 years old

• 🔰 Coverage up to €400

We cover accidental damage to the bike up to €400 so you can ride with confidence.

• 🔐 Theft or Loss Replacement

Limits your responsibility to up to 50% of the bike value in the unlikely event of theft or loss.

• 🛠 Roadside Support

If assistance is needed during your ride, our team can provide roadside help, guide you to the nearest bike shop where approved costs will be reimbursed, or arrange transportation back to our rental location.
